Country catalogue builds can now publish safe partial records without waiting for manual follow-up.
Changes
- Made identity-safe catalogue records available even when optional details or images are unavailable.
- Kept ambiguous records out of the catalogue while allowing independent verified records to continue.
- Simplified public postal period status labels to a clear Partial coverage indicator.
