Germany's previously unresolved catalogue years now distinguish confirmed missing releases from documented no-release years.
Changes
- Added source-backed year evidence for the remaining historical Germany catalogue gaps.
- Made verified no-release years require authoritative evidence or independent source agreement.
- Kept German occupation, Berlin, GDR, Saar, and other separate issuers outside the Germany mainline catalogue.
