Completed Germany catalogue year gaps
Germany's seven confirmed catalogue gaps now resolve to distinct stamps or documented existing canonicals.
Changes
- Added the missing distinct Germany stamps from 1911, 1917, 1918, and the first 1949 Federal Republic issues.
- Linked the 1877, 1906, and 1915 printing or colour variants to existing canonical stamps without creating duplicates.
- Completed Germany's source-backed year matrix while preserving separate issuers and all existing catalogue identities.
