Unified country catalogues and historical issuers
Country pages can now browse explicitly included historical postal issuers while preserving each issuer's identity and postal-period boundaries.
Changes
- Browse historical states, territories, occupations, postal offices abroad and regional issuers.
- Use consistent country totals and year results without counting stamps twice.
