United States postal periods and related historical issuers are separated from production and service categories.
Changes
- Preserved the four verified United States postal periods without turning catalogue headings into extra periods.
- Added a separate historical postal administration and a clearly labelled local-postmaster catalogue grouping.
- Kept service classes, printing methods, formats and geographic mentions out of the issuer list.
