Lighter catalogue images and clearer issue pages
Improved stamp image efficiency and made issue navigation match the media that is actually available.
Changes
- Reduced catalogue image transfer sizes while preserving stamp detail and proportions.
- Removed the public image zoom layer for a simpler, faster detail view.
- Sent single-stamp issues without separate issue media directly to the stamp page.
- Kept multi-stamp issues useful even when no sheet image is available.
